We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and NextLevelGrowth will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
2. Service & Delivery

- We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
- We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
- You will not upload anything into the NextLevelGrowth site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook community.
- Private accounts will not receive refunds. Please ensure that your account is public before ordering.
3. Account Suspension & Liability
NextLevelGrowth will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. We make no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for the services we provide. Since NextLevelGrowth uses the internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee uptime or availability of our website.
NextLevelGrowth is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or Other Social Media Platforms.
4. Fraudulent Activity
Any fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen credit cards, unauthorized PayPal accounts, or any attempt to exploit our payment gateways will result in the immediate termination of your account. We will also report such activities to the relevant authorities and your IP address will be permanently banned from our network.
5. Reselling
You may resell our services to your clients. However, you are solely responsible for the relationship between you and your clients. NextLevelGrowth will not provide direct support to your clients or handle disputes arising between you and them.
